We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commi-I to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure all food products are stored properly and used efficiently.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens and refrigerators.
  • Passion for learning and growing within the hospitality industry.
