As a Sales Representative at Zoycare Hygiene Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in introducing and promoting our hygiene and wellness products to potential customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting outbound calls to showcase Zoycare products and services - Utilizing warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers effectively - Identifying customer needs and providing personalized product solutions - Maintaining accurate records of calls and leads using Salesforce or other CRM systems - Collaborating with the sales team to target key markets and expand our customer base - Building strong relationships with retailers and distributors to drive sales - Providing timely support and resolution to customer inquiries - Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor products to stay competitive To succeed in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in FMCG sales, inside sales, or technology product sales - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in outbound or warm calling is advantageous - Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills - Self-motivation, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment Zoycare Hygiene Pvt Ltd offers a full-time position with benefits including paid time off. The work schedule is on weekends only, with performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses available. This role requires in-person work at our location in Tamil Nadu.
