Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Solution, including the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
  • Perform daily health checks and monitor system performance to ensure the reliability of the CyberArk environment.
  • Handle password rotations, policy updates, and access provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk infrastructure and performance.
  • Implement best practices for privileged access management and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
  • Store privileged credentials securely in a centralized vault with strong encryption.
  • Regularly rotate passwords to mitigate the risk of credential exposure.
  • Grant temporary privileged access to users only when needed, reducing prolonged exposure risks.
  • Advocate for the removal of all persistent privileges for users within BSC.
  • Record and monitor privileged sessions to detect suspicious activities and maintain detailed logs for compliance and forensic analysis.
  • Work in rotational shifts supporting the client environment and build strong professional relationships with client personnel.

Skills Required:

  • CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) expertise
  • Strong CyberArk administration skills (EPV, PSM)
  • Knowledge of security policies and compliance standards
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in password rotation, policy updates, and access provisioning/de-provisioning
  • Ability to monitor and maintain CyberArk environment health
  • Session recording and monitoring capabilities
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
