Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Solution, including the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
  • Perform daily health checks and monitor system performance to ensure the availability and reliability of the CyberArk environment.
  • Handle password rotations, policy updates, and access provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk infrastructure and performance.
  • Implement best practices for privileged access management and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
  • Store privileged credentials securely in a centralized vault with strong encryption.
  • Regularly rotate passwords to reduce the risk of credential exposure.
  • Grant temporary privileged access to users only when needed, reducing the risk of prolonged exposure.
  • Advocate for the removal of all persistent privileges for users within the organization.
  • Record and monitor privileged sessions to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all privileged access activities for compliance and forensic analysis.
  • Work in rotational shifts supporting client environments.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in CyberArk PAM administration
  • Hands-on experience with EPV and PSM
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
  • Experience with password management, rotation, and vaulting
  • Ability to monitor and analyze privileged sessions
