Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
CyberArk Support Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of
CyberArk infrastructure and components
, strong skills in
developing connectors
,
safe and platform management
, and a solid understanding of
Windows and Linux
environments. This role requires working from the
client office in Bangalore three days a week
to ensure seamless support and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for
    CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    infrastructure and components.
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot CyberArk Safes, Policies, and Platforms.
  • Develop and maintain
    custom connectors
    for target systems.
  • Perform onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts, credentials, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance and security standards for PAM environments.
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement CyberArk solutions effectively.
  • Monitor CyberArk system health, perform upgrades, and apply patches as required.
  • Provide documentation, reporting, and training for end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of
    CyberArk infrastructure and components
    (PAM, Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
  • Hands-on experience in
    developing and configuring connectors
    .
  • Expertise in
    Safe and Platform management
    within CyberArk.
  • Good technical knowledge of
    Windows
    and
    Linux
    environments.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and password management policies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with client teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with API integration or scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
  • Exposure to security standards and audits (ISO, PCI-DSS).
  • Previous experience in BFSI or FinTech environments.
