About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Project Lead – Visuals & Content
to lead our creative content initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and impact of visuals, graphics, and content across multiple marketplaces and brands, with a strong focus on the beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle category (experience with marketplaces such as Nykaa, Tira, etc. is highly preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee content and creative projects, ensuring the highest standards of visual quality, storytelling, and brand alignment.
  • Review and manage large-scale creative outputs (visuals, graphics, product imagery, and written content) to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketplace requirements, with a focus on beauty and lifestyle products.
  • Streamline processes for creative development and content delivery, addressing challenges in design accuracy, consistency, and brand presentation.
  • Regularly train, guide, and mentor the creative/content team to maintain consistency, innovation, and category expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, marketing, and brand teams) to improve workflows and resolve creative/content issues promptly.
  • Provide strategic inputs to enhance the quality and impact of visuals and content, improving customer engagement and supporting business objectives.
  • Stay updated on design trends, marketplace standards, and category-specific creative requirements within beauty and lifestyle e-commerce.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management, visual design, or content roles, with at least 2–3 years in a project lead or leadership position.
  • Proven expertise in managing visual and content quality for beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills with hands-on experience overseeing large-scale creative/content deliverables.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively while driving operational and creative excellence.
  • Extensive experience with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and Tira is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail, design aesthetics, and category relevance.
