Role & responsibilities

  • Research the digital marketing, web, and app development markets to identify potential B2B client segments.
  • Generate and verify qualified email leads using search engines, directories, LinkedIn, and tools like Apollo or
  • Plan and execute bulk cold email campaigns (7,0008,000/day) focused on inbox reach, responses, and conversions.
  • Track and report campaign performance — open rates, clicks, replies, and leads generated.
  • Maintain organized databases and optimize email templates, automation, and outreach processes.
  • Support and guide junior team members on tools and campaign execution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in email marketing or lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of bulk mailing tools, CRM systems, and campaign tracking.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts and client outreach methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Noida for an in-office role.
