Senior Accountant

Essential Skills:

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Tally and Excel.

Language skills: Proficient in Tamil (Very Essential), English and Malayalam

Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial data and identify trends.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording and processing financial data.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day Accounting: Precise accounting of day to day operations

Stock Keeping: Record the daily manufacturing process and maintain accurate stocks in the system.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, general ledger entries, and other accounts.

Branch operations administration & coordination: Coordinate operations with Tamil Nadu branch office and regular visits to the branch office for internal audits. Proficiency in Tamil language is very essential.

Budget Management: Assist in preparing, monitoring, and managing budgets.

Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Vendor management: Coordinate with vendors to maintain the required raw materials stock

System Implementation: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems.
