Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, preparing financial records, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry in accounting software.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.

Assist in reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts.

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist with audits, both internal and external.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

Help prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Collaborate with senior accountants and other departments to resolve discrepancies.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
