Position Overview

We're looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our passionate team in Thane

If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to achieve targets while building strong relationships — this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in the EdTech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.
  • Clearly explain Edujam's services and academic solutions to students and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals consistently.
  • Maintain performance reports and share regular feedback with the management team.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  • Prior experience in EdTech sales, counseling, or business development will be an added advantage.

Work Details

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Compensation

  • Interns (Freshers): ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (Stipend) + Incentives
  • Full-time (Freshers): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
  • Experienced (EdTech BDEs): ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives
