Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst, located in Kanpur. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring they align with business goals. The role involves conducting market research, performing data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify solutions that enhance business processes. In addition, the Business Analyst will create detailed documentation, develop use cases, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, market research, and data analysis.
  • Strong skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications and developing use cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and enhance business processes.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and technical reports.
  • Relevant certification in Business Analysis, and a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in software development, IT project management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kanpur.
