Urgent Hiring Relationship Manager (Yes Premia / Retail Banking)

Department: Relationship Management Retail Banking

Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Location: Pune

Experience: 3years (BFSI preferred)

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage & grow Retail Liabilities and Investment relationships.

Acquire new high-value customers and cross-sell CASA, Insurance, MF, Loans, etc.

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Generate leads & coordinate with internal teams to meet business targets.

Follow internal control, compliance, and risk management processes.


Desired Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Relationship Management / Sales (BFSI preferred).

Strong communication & relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of retail banking products and financial solutions.

Target-driven and customer-focused.
