We are looking for Associate Operations Manager to join Clinical Services team. You are Responsible for Performance Management, Project Management, Coaching, Supervision, Results Driven, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Handle Pressure, Constructive Feedback. You manage your own work and the work of others while seeking and integrating input to execute more effectively.You keep others appraised of any changes/ updates to various workflows and communicate/coordinate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of work.
The Team: Our objective is to transform the conventional method of the audit to a stratified random sampling approach which enables Prevention and Early deduction of process leakage, thereby we institutionalize a controllable surveillance mechanism for all Business Units.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage own work and the work of others while seeking and integrating input to execute more effectively.
- Keep others apprised of any changes/ updates to various workflows and communicate/coordinate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of work.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships through clear and concise communication and reporting
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree (B.SC. Nursing, BPT, B. Pharm, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry etc.,) or equivalent
- 8-10 years' experience in fast paced environment
- Previous experience in healthcare RCM environment, mandatory
