Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage client inquiries, generate leads, and drive property sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits to clients.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate tele-sales or customer handling (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional approach.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
Salary: upto 45k
