Real Estate Sales Executive

We're looking for a **Real Estate Sales Executive in sales and marketing.**

You'll be finding new customers, showing properties, negotiating deals, and hitting sales targets. You'll also build strong relationships with clients and stay updated on the market.

**What you'll do**:

- Find and connect with potential buyers.
- Show properties and explain their benefits.
- Help clients understand the market and investment potential.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Build lasting relationships with clients.
- Keep up with real estate trends.
- Report on your sales progress.
- Work with our marketing team.
- Follow all real estate rules.

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in real estate sales preferred, especially with plots, land, or new developments, **freshers are most welcome to apply.**:

- **Age 18+**:

- Good knowledge of real estate market.
- Excellent talking and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- **Comfortable using CRM software** and Microsoft Office.
- **A degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.**
