Job Description: Social Media Marketing/Social Media Handler

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's marketing goals.

* Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content—posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns.

* Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams for consistent branding.

* Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

* Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply best practices.

* Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.

* Track performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and optimize based on insights.

* Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and digital partners for campaigns.

* Stay updated on emerging platforms, formats, and competitor activities.

*Key Skills & Competencies*

* Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms.

* Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.

* Knowledge of social media analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

* Experience with paid campaigns and audience targeting.

* Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

* Creative thinking and ability to align content with brand voice.

* Strong communication and time-management skills.

*Qualifications & Experience*

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

* 2–3 years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.

* Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement online.

* Experience with influencer marketing and campaign management preferred.
