Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for IT positions across various clients in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, communication, and building a career in the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and communication abilities
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding
- Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads to meet client demands
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and US labor laws
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of recruitment process and interest in US IT staffing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any Specification
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.)
- Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099), Visa Types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.)
- Prior internship or training in recruitment/staffing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹38,653.93 per month
