Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized
HR Executive
to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HR software and physical files.
- Prepare HR letters (e.g., offer letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, etc.).
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete and up to date.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
- Assist in handling salary slips, reimbursements, and employee benefits.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Support audits and help in preparing necessary HR reports and compliance documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role is preferred
- Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
