"Since 2022, I have been working as a self-employed professional focused on building scalable, climate-positive solutions that create measurable impact. After my corporate and dealership leadership experience with TATA Motors and TAFE—where I led multi-branch operations, high-volume service ecosystems, and large farmer-centric sales networks—I transitioned into entrepreneurship to work on problems with deeper environmental and social relevance.

My core work revolves around developing sustainable, value-added projects rooted in Beema Bamboo (Bambusa Balcooa), one of the highest carbon-sequestering crops in the world. I focus on integrating three engines of impact: carbon credit generation, biomass as a fossil-fuel alternative, and renewable electricity opportunities. I help organisations, investors, NGOs, and government partners understand, design, and deploy these models at scale.

Over the last few years, I have collaborated with teams across sectors to build feasibility studies, business models, farm-level plans, and transition roadmaps. My role often includes bridging the gap between sustainability goals and commercial viability—ensuring that projects are technically sound, financially feasible, and environmentally meaningful. I bring my operational background, field experience, and industry-level understanding to help teams execute faster, reduce risk, and create long-term value.

Today, my work is focused on creating replicable, high-impact sustainable development models that benefit farmers, industries, and governments while opening new revenue opportunities through value-added bamboo products and climate-aligned business solutions."

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sustainability Consulting, Sustainable Development, and the ability to guide organizations toward sustainable practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Sustainability Reporting to evaluate data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Consulting skills to communicate and implement sustainability solutions effectively
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sustainability strategy development and reporting is a plus
