Job Role:

To ensure quality control and compliance in milk procurement operations at Milk Chilling Centers/Bulk Milk Coolers (MCCs/BMC)s by conducting milk testing, monitoring hygiene, and maintaining quality standards as per company and regulatory norms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology Dairy Technology or Food Technology.
  • 13 years of experience in milk quality assurance or dairy procurement quality
  • Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine milk quality analysis (Fat, SNF, MBRT, COB, adulteration, etc.) at MCC/BMC points
  • Monitor milk chilling process and ensure temperature standards are maintained
  • Verify hygiene and sanitation practices at milk collection and chilling centers
  • Maintain accurate records of daily milk testing and quality reports
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure quality milk procurement
  • Report any deviations in milk quality and assist in corrective action implementation
  • Ensure calibration, proper maintenance, and functioning of testing instruments
  • Support internal audits and inspections related to milk quality and hygiene
  • Ensure adherence to FSSAI and company QA guidelines at field level

Key Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of milk testing and quality parameters
  • Understanding of dairy quality standards and testing protocols
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Data recording and report preparation skills (MS Office / ERP)
  • Field visit readiness and ability to handle Milk Chilling Centers/Bulk Milk Coolers (MCC/BMC) level operations
