What's the role?

We're looking for a
Process Associate
to join our Operations team and help our clients on their investment journey If you're someone who loves chatting with people, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring things run smoothly, you'll thrive in this role. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients globally, answering their questions, assisting with onboarding, and helping them get the most out of the Stockal platform.

What you'll be doing:

• Client Support Superstar:
  Be the go-to person for clients, helping them resolve technical or non-technical queries. Whether it's over chat, email, or a phone call, you'll be there to guide them.
• Onboarding Guru:
  Help new clients complete their onboarding process smoothly, ensuring all their data is correctly entered and their profiles are set up perfectly.
• Data Detective:
  Monitor client queries, dig into issues, and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with internal teams to suggest improvements for the platform, ensuring we're always evolving and enhancing the client experience.
• Client-Focused Problem Solving:
  You'll need to think on your feet and provide quick, accurate resolutions. The customer's happiness is our top priority

What are we looking for?

• Skills & Experience:
  Ideally, you've got 2-4 years of experience (preferably in financial services) and are great at handling customer queries over phone, email, or chat.
• Customer-Centric Mindset:
  You've got a natural ability to connect with people, solve problems, and make things happen quickly.
• A Team Player:
  While you'll be working independently, you're always ready to collaborate and learn with your team.
• Multitasking Pro:
  You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep your cool even in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy:
  You're comfortable with tools like MS Office (especially Excel) and can dive into data analysis and interpretation when needed.
• Adaptability:
  You're flexible and excited to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to rotational shift timings as and when required.
