Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Noida
Experience: 7-10 years

Job Overview
The Performance Test Lead will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of performance testing activities including planning, designing, scripting, execution, and analysis of performance tests. This role will work closely with development and product teams to ensure that all systems meet performance standards and that performance issues are identified and addressed prior to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities

• Lead the performance testing team, including planning, designing, and executing performance tests.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and provide regular updates on test progress and results.

• Use Load Runner and other tools to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

• Ensure the performance of the system meets the requirements of stakeholders and end-users.
Required Skills

• Proficiency in MySQL: The candidate must have a strong understanding of MySQL databases, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management: The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Load Runner: The candidate must have experience in using Load Runner for performance testing, including designing, developing, and executing performance tests.

• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
