Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Job Overview:

The Product Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the new and existing products framework. This role involves framing product workflows, driving product innovation, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful commercialization and profitability of products. The ideal candidate combines consumer insight, business acumen, and operational execution skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Support the Product team in designing, documenting, and implementing supply chain-related workflows.
• Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, and CX teams.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Work on product roadmaps, user stories, and feature tracking for supply chain modules.
• Coordinate with tech and design teams to support development and testing.
• Assist in pilot runs, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and documenting learnings from implementations.
• Track and report project progress, highlighting dependencies and risks.
