IT Business Analyst (Immediate Joiners)PermanentPune/HybridJob Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Agile/Scrum team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT business analysis, hands-on experience working in Scrum teams, and the ability to contribute to wireframes and UI/UX design discussions. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, helping deliver value-driven digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Work within a Scrum team to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements. As BA , person should be able to test the flow. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and process flows based on stakeholder input.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and QA engineers. Create wireframes, mockups, and low-fidelity prototypes to support functional requirements and validate UI flows. Facilitate and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. Conduct gap analysis, stakeholder interviews, and solution workshops. Assist in defining and validating test scenarios and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).

Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, or Axure to document and manage work. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum IT environments. Proficient in creating user stories, wireframes, and process diagrams.

Solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology. Strong skills in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure). Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change. Preferred Qualifications:Good to have Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), ICAgile BA). Experience with API documentation, data analysis, or SQL is a plus.
