Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, accurate, and patient-friendly medical content across website, blog, social media, email, SMS, WhatsApp, YouTube, and the patient app.
  • Simplify complex medical concepts while maintaining 100% accuracy and alignment with doctors and clinical guidelines.
  • Write with empathy and understanding of patient pain points, ensuring every message is compassionate, reassuring, and brand-aligned.
  • Craft compelling stories, patient success narratives, and campaign ideas that inspire engagement and action.
  • Create content that explains and promotes key technologies like Doctor QI (AI diagnostics), Digital Spine Analysis (DSA), and the Patient App.
  • Integrate key company metrics (92% recovery rate, 250+ doctors, 22 clinics, 1.2 lakh+ patients treated) into communication to build trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate closely with medical, design, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality content.
  • Maintain strong attention to detailensuring accuracy, grammar, medical reliability, and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Adapt tone and style for different audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives while staying true to brand personality.
  • Manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines, and take full ownership from ideation to final delivery.
  • Continuously stay updated with healthcare trends, patient behavior insights, and digital content best practices to improve communication quality.
