We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to manage and grow our presence in the stationery market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers, ensuring regular order flow, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients including stationery shops, bookstores, wholesalers, educational institutions, and corporate offices.
  • Promote the companys full range of stationery products (e.g., notebooks, pens, office supplies, etc.).
  • Manage existing accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and availability of products.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Execute sales promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the stationery market.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local market and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
