We are looking for dedicated WordPress and Shopify Developers who can independently build, maintain, and optimise websites, along with managing CRM platforms and handling backend integrations when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with WordPress and has the ability to manage connected tools like forms, domains, email setup, and automation.

Salary: Rs 18,000- Rs 25,000 Per Month In-hand.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress.
  2. Customise WordPress themes and plugins using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
  3. Ensure websites are optimised for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  4. Manage basic CRM setups (preferably Go High Level, Zoho): forms, pipelines, automations.
  5. Set up and manage domain DNS, SSL certificates, and professional emails.
  6. Troubleshoot website issues, plugin conflicts, and loading speed problems.
  7. Create landing pages and integrate lead forms with CRMs and email tools.
  8. Assist in basic integrations using tools like Zapier or when needed.
  9. Regularly update plugins, themes, and maintain site backups and security.
  10. Must have experience with Shopify, Custom Liquid theme sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress web development.
  2. Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript for customisation.
  3. Knowledge of page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
  4. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Go High Level or HubSpot is a plus.
  5. Basic understanding of automation tools like Zapier, Pabbly, or Make.
  6. Knowledge of SEO basics and website performance optimisation.
  7. Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership.
  8. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
