Role Overview
An established professional training organization is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to oversee a sales team and drive enrolment numbers for technical training programs. This role focuses on managing team output, achieving assigned targets, and ensuring effective utilisation of generated leads.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of inside sales executives
- Ensure achievement of team targets along with individual contribution
- Manage inbound enquiries and monitor follow-up effectiveness
- Track daily activity, conversions, and sales performance metrics
- Support team members through coaching and regular performance reviews
- Maintain sales records and submit periodic progress updates
- Coordinate internally to improve enquiry handling and enrolment results
Skill Requirements
- Prior experience in inside sales, preferably within training or education services
- Ability to manage and motivate a target-driven team
- Clear communication and strong persuasion skills
- Comfortable working with performance dashboards or CRM tools
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream
Compensation
- Fixed pay with performance-linked incentives
- Leads provided by the organization
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
