And now, we're looking for a part-time HR Manager to strengthen our hiring systems, manage people processes, and support our culture as we grow.

Note: This role is for someone who loves systems, people, and processes — and thrives on building structure for a growing creative team. Please answer honestly and clearly.

What You'll Do

As HR Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and team engagement. You'll work closely with founders to design systems that keep the team motivated, organized, and aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post jobs, manage applications, and coordinate interviews.
  • Shortlist candidates based on skills and culture fit.
  • Create and maintain HR documents (offer letters, policies, contracts, exit process).
  • Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and appraisals.
  • Conduct onboarding & orientation for new hires.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Support founders with team development, reviews, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality

Success Metrics

  • Close at least 3–5 quality hires per quarter.
  • Maintain 100% updated HR records (contracts, policies, attendance).
  • Conduct timely onboarding & exit processes without delays.
  • Improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Run at least 1 team engagement activity per month.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of hiring processes and HR compliance.
  • Highly professional and extremely organized — this is non-negotiable.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
