Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job

descriptions.

  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals,

and recruitment events.

  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Create and manage recruitment campaigns on social media to increase reach and

visibility.

  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through consistent and engaging content.
  • Identify passive candidates and reach out proactively via social media channels.
  • Interview and Selection
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the decision-making process by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Candidate Management
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a

positive experience.

  • Negotiate offers, finalize employment terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies and external vendors to meet hiring

requirements.

  • Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure quality and timely

delivery of candidates.

  • Manage agreements, contracts, and invoicing with vendors.
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to leadership

What you'll bring to the team...

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, including social media hiring and vendor

management.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques especially through LinkedIn, Naukri, other job

portals etc and strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

  • Experience with creating and running social media recruitment campaigns, driving Walk-in's etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring practices.
  • Creative thinker with an aptitude for leveraging digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
