We are a leading Multinational Consulting Firm (MNC) dedicated to helping our clients transform their businesses through cutting-edge technology and strategic consulting. We are seeking highly experienced and motivated MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultants to join our rapidly growing team. This is an urgent opening for individuals who specialize exclusively in the functional implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) modules.
Position Details :
Role : MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant / Senior Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager
Experience Range : 4 to 20 years
Educational Qualification : Master of Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
Location : Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai, Noida
The Ideal Candidate You are a seasoned Dynamics CRM professional with a proven track record of successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions from a purely functional perspective. You possess deep expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and user adoption, specifically within the CRM space. We are ONLY considering candidates with functional implementation experience in MS Dynamics CRM/CE. Profiles with Technical, ERP, Dynamics AX, or Dynamics 365 F&O expertise will NOT be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Consulting & Strategy :
- Lead and participate in discovery workshops to understand and document the client's business processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state processes and the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, comprehensive, and well-articned functional design documents (FDDs).
- Design and configure the Dynamics 365 CE platform to align with client business needs, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and best practices.
Preferred Module Expertise :
- Focus on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service (Services) modules.
Implementation & Delivery :
- Configure Forms, Views, Fields, Business Rules, Workflows, Dashboards, and Reports within Dynamics 365 CE.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure the functional design is accurately translated into the technical solution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans.
- Manage client expectations and project scope, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all functional milestones.
Client & Team Management (for Manager/Sr. Manager levels) :
- Serve as the primary functional subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics CRM projects.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring adherence to consulting standards and best practices.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and presenting proposals to prospective clients.
- Drive user adoption through effective change management and end-user training sessions.
Mandatory Requirements :
- 4 years of dedicated functional implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Mandatory educational background :
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a recognized institution.
- Excellent command of business process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, precise, and professional functional specifications.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required (post-pandemic situation).
