  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and security of servers, networks, databases, and communication systems.
  • Ensure data security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with healthcare standards (NABH).
  • Provide technical support and training to hospital staff for smooth use of IT applications.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor IT projects, upgrades, and new technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead and supervise the IT team, allocate resources, and ensure continuous skill development.
  • Prepare and manage IT budgets, contracts, and resources efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime in hospital operations.
