Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our team at Elite Pulse Health Care Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across North Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and approach potential customers in hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to medical professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
• Handle tender participation, quotation preparation, and negotiation.
• Provide feedback from the market to management for business improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age: 22 – 35 years
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing
• Experience: Minimum 1–5 years in Medical Equipment / Healthcare Sales preferred
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer relationship management
• Good presentation and convincing ability
• Willingness to travel across North Bengal
