Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Fraud Analyst for our on-site office in Noida. As a Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring transactions to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities. Daily tasks include analyzing data to detect patterns of fraudulent behavior, investigating chargeback disputes, and ensuring compliance with fraud prevention protocols. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively to resolve fraud cases and enhance security measures.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Fraud Prevention and Fraud Analysis to identify and mitigate risks effectively
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess and interpret complex sets of data for detecting inconsistencies and anomalies
- Experience handling Chargebacks and developing strategies to minimize their occurrence
- Exceptional Communication skills for efficiently presenting findings and collaborating with internal teams
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and risk detection systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of financial services or fintech industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
