Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and programming of CNC machines, ensuring efficient production and quality output.
  • Manage machine scheduling, prioritize jobs based on urgency and availability of resources.
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve issues related to machinery malfunction or defects.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, including material usage, cycle times, and downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-12 years of experience in CNC turning, VMC programming (Fanuc control), VTL programming , Hobbing programming.
  • Diploma in Mechanical or ITI qualification required.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for designing parts; knowledge of CNC operating principles preferred.
