Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission-related inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
- Counsel parents and students regarding curriculum, school facilities, teaching methodology, and admission procedures.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students.
- Maintain and update student inquiry and admission records in the school management system.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for entrance tests, interviews, and admission formalities.
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion from inquiry to admission.
- Assist in organizing admission campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly admission reports to the management.
- Ensure all admission documents and fee payments are accurately collected and recorded.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service to all prospective families.
