About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The role involves collaborating with internal hiring teams, managing external recruitment partners, and onboarding new vendors to meet business hiring goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Hiring

  • Manage full-cycle IT recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, evaluation, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain a qualified talent pipeline for current and future technical needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.

External Partner Management (Consultancies)

  • Collaborate with recruitment partners to share mandates and review candidate submissions.
  • Follow up on shared profiles and interview progress.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with company standards and timelines.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.

Vendor Onboarding & Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment vendors.
  • Facilitate vendor due diligence and contract processes.
  • Maintain vendor records and performance dashboards.
  • Build long-term partnerships to strengthen sourcing channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles (Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in vendor or consultancy management.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
