1. Accounting and Bookkeeping
2. Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
3. Support preparation of vouchers, invoices, payment receipts, and bank reconciliations.

4. Maintain digital and physical records of financial documents.

5. Financial Reporting

6. Assist in preparing MIS reports, expense summaries, and profit & loss statements.
7. Help in monthly/quarterly financial closing activities.

8. Support reconciliations and audit preparation.

9. Compliance Support

10. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings under supervision.

11. Help maintain compliance checklists and timelines.

12. Budgeting & Forecasting

13. Support in budgeting exercises and variance analysis.

14. Help in tracking consultancy project costs and recoverables.

15. Client & Project Support

16. Coordinate with clients for invoices, payments, and document collection.

17. Assist with financial data compilation for business advisory assignments.

18. Process Improvement

19. Help automate repetitive tasks and maintain SOPs.
20. Suggest improvements to financial processes and documentation standards.

Who We're Looking For Education: B.Com/BBA/BMS or pursuing/completed M.Com/MBA in Finance or CA Inter/Articleship level.

Skills:

Strong foundation in accounting principles.Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic dashboards).Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks) is a plus. Attention to detail and time management. Excellent verbal and written communication.
