Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Intern
to support the finance team with day-to-day operations, focusing on
Travel and Daily Allowance (TADA) management for the sales team
. The intern will assist in verifying claims, maintaining records, and ensuring timely reimbursements, while also gaining hands-on experience in finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process
    TADA claims
    submitted by the sales team in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain and update
    TADA records
    , supporting documents, and expense reports.
  • Assist in
    data entry and reconciliation
    of travel and expense accounts.
  • Support the finance team in
    preparing reports and documentation
    for audits or internal reviews.
  • Coordinate with the
    sales team
    and
    accounts department
    to ensure timely submission and processing of expense claims.
  • Help in
    tracking budgets and expenses
    for sales-related travel activities.
  • Perform other routine finance tasks such as
    voucher preparation, filing, and invoice tracking
    .

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a
    Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of
    MS Excel and basic accounting principles
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior internship or exposure to accounting software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, or ERP systems) is a plus.
