Position Overview

Tiny Wings British Academy is seeking passionate, caring, and creative Preschool Teachers to join our founding team. As a teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged 2–6 years, fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for preschool and kindergarten children.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
  • Monitor and document each child's progress and share feedback with parents.
  • Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
  • Maintain discipline with kindness and patience, promoting positive behavior.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold the values and vision of Tiny Wings British Academy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / with German or French language knowledge.
  • Prior experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus.
  • Warm, patient, and empathetic personality with a love for children.
  • Creative teaching methods and ability to adapt to individual learning needs.
  • Team player with good organizational skills.
