**Montessori Teacher (Part-Time | Contract-Based)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct Montessori-based activities for preschool children
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Encourage independent learning, creativity, and social skills
- Monitor student development and provide individual attention
- Maintain classroom materials and assist with session recordings (if required)

**Qualifications**:

- Montessori Certification or Diploma (recognized training)
- Prior experience teaching children aged 2-6 preferred
- Good communication skills in **Malayalam and English**:

- Patient, friendly, and passionate about early childhood education
- Willingness to work in a structured, studio/classroom environment

**Salary**:

- **Contract-based payment** (Based on experience and hours)
(Standard hourly pay discussed during interview)

**Work Mode**:

- **Onsite** at Alans Academy, Kozhikode
- Flexible part-time hours
- Contract-based engagement

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,357.11 - ₹15,100.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
