Job role **:Montessori Teacher Trainer**

Location : Calicut

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Montessori Teacher Trainer** to lead the instruction and development of future Montessori educators. This role involves delivering high-quality training aligned with Montessori philosophy and standards, mentoring adult learners, and contributing to the overall success of the teacher training program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and deliver Montessori teacher training courses
- Provide instruction in Montessori philosophy, methodology, and materials across appropriate age levels
- Guide adult learners through both academic coursework and practical experience in classroom settings.
- Observe and evaluate students’ practicum performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and revise training materials, manuals, and assessments as needed.
- Support the administrative aspects of the training program, including record keeping and reporting.
- Stay current with trends in Montessori education and adult learning methodologies.
- Participate in ongoing program development and accreditation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of classroom teaching experience in a certified Montessori environment.
- Adult education or teacher training experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Passion for Montessori education and adult learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in curriculum design and program evaluation.
- Ability to use online learning platforms and deliver hybrid instruction.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong mentorship and coaching mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
