About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional who can manage and track ongoing technology projects while ensuring seamless communication between business teams and developers. This person will act as the bridge between technical execution and business goals, maintaining project clarity, timelines, and performance quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and track progress of ongoing web and tech development projects.
  • Act as the primary coordinator between internal teams and developers.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and briefs.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery through regular follow-ups and milestone tracking.
  • Conduct testing, feedback collection, and quality checks before project launches.
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports for internal visibility.
  • Analyze workflows and provide data-backed recommendations for process or product improvement.
  • Align development progress with overall business and marketing objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, tech coordination, or business analysis.
  • Familiarity with and – ability to understand developer workflows and discussions.
  • Strong understanding of web development cycles, APIs, and basic technical terminology.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to UI/UX workflows or testing processes.

Understanding of version control systems (like Git).

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, tech, and operations).
