About the Guild

Founded in 2022, Ethereal Exploration Guild (The Guild) is building the World's First Fully Reusable Medium-Lift Launch Vehicle/Rocket,
Razor Crest Mk-1(RCM1)
.

Based in India, the team has a combined flight heritage of over 75 launches from the PSLV and GSLV fleets, and more than 300 years of collective experience in the space industry. The Guild is also developing a 700,000 sq ft facility dedicated to Upper Stage Engine Testing, which is going to be India's largest privately developed Engine Testing Facility.

The Guild has also built and manufactured India's First Reusable Rocket Engine.

Fluid Systems Engineer
.

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru

Job-Type: On-site, Monday - Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and analyze cryogenic and high-pressure fluid systems for launch vehicle and ground operations.
  2. Develop P&IDs, schematics, and system layouts, including component selection (valves, regulators, sensors, actuators).
  3. Perform system-level modeling, sizing, and analysis for flow, pressure, and thermal performance.
  4. Author and review technical documentation, including requirements, test plans, and procedures.
  5. Support AIT (Assembly, Integration & Testing) activities, including fluid system checkout, validation, and troubleshooting.
  6. Work with propulsion, structures, avionics, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
  7. Drive design improvements for reliability, reusability, and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline.
  2. 2–5 years of experience in fluid systems design, analysis, or testing (aerospace, cryogenics, or similar high-pressure systems).
  3. Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
  4. Hands-on experience with CAD tools and system modeling software.
  5. Familiarity with cryogenic propellants (LOX, LH2, LNG, etc.) and high-pressure gas systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with rocket propulsion systems or launch ground support equipment (GSE).
  2. Knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASME, PED, PESO, etc.).
  3. Hands-on experience in instrumentation, control valves, and test facility operations.
