Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 0-1 years of experience in creating visual designs, branding materials, and packaging designs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a strong eye for aesthetics, and be able to translate concepts into visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print media including social media, website assets, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

  • Design packaging for products, ensuring brand consistency and creative appeal.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Head, design team, marketing, and product teams to develop visuals that support business goals.

  • Adapt existing designs into various formats as needed for different platforms or campaigns.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts.

  • Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain high visual standards.

  • Prepare and finalise files for print and production as required.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • 0–1 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably including packaging design.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work including branding, marketing materials, and packaging design.

  • Basic understanding of print production and materials.

  • Experience working with FMCG or consumer product brands is a plus.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles is an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with ethical use of AI in design, including copyright considerations and AI output refinement.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to create or edit design assets in a professional or academic setting.
