About the Role

As a Junior
Graphic Designer
, you'll take full ownership of design projects from concept to delivery. You'll create visuals that are not only engaging but also align with learning objectives and enhance user experience. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with 
instructional designers, developers, and stakeholders
, while also mentoring junior designers and setting creative standards for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute 
    visual assets
     for eLearning modules, websites, and marketing materials
  • Create layouts, graphics, icons, illustrations, and branding elements aligned with learning goals
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to transform complex ideas into engaging visuals
  • Develop and maintain 
    style guides, templates, and brand assets
  • Optimize designs for delivery across platforms (
    LMS, SCORM, desktop, mobile
    )
  • Stay up to date with 
    design trends and UI/UX best practices
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

  • 0-2 years
     of professional graphic design experience (preferably in digital learning or media)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 
    diverse design projects
     (including UI/UX and educational content)
  • Advanced skills in 
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Solid understanding of 
    visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, responsive design
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end projects
  • Excellent 
    communication, problem-solving, and time management
     skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
  • Ability to understand client expectations and deliver quality outcomes
