Field Application Engineer

• Provides technical expertise to close new design win opportunities and provides co-engineering to drive product to production that results in billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through)
• Exhibits deep knowledge of the product portfolio to drive sales for established Intel businesses and plant the seeds for growth in emerging businesses
• Cultivates the relationship between Intel and customer teams to identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts
• Influences and enables OEMs, distributors, and ecosystem partners to drive sales through revenue
• Develops product demonstrations for customers to gauge product capabilities, assists in product design and review during onsite visits, and ensures customer requirements are met
• Establishes relationship with customer teams to facilitate rapid resolution of customer issues and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Analyzes data to answer questions, reproduce errors, and resolve or escalate customer issues
• Provides timely feedback to the manufacturing and product teams on product issues and future requirements and ensures that Intel is adept to responding and/or anticipating changes needed for business continuity

Note: This is a commissioned sales position

• As an FAE in the sales organization, you will be responsible for,- Assisting Intel India Ecosystem Partners and Customers with the design and implementation of their Server/Client/Embedded Design requirements, utilizing Intel product portfolios including Processors, Ethernet, Storage, IPs etc
• • This role will include product positioning, on-site customer support as needed, and will include being a technical consultant to our key customers as they go from architectural evaluation through completion of their designs
• • By understanding customer system requirements, and providing expertise in the use of our products, we enable them to bring competitive products to market in a timeframe that maximizes their success

• • Role requires to work along with the Partners across the entire Design Cycle of their Server/Client Products including Design Architecture, Schematic, PCB Layout, Fab Assembly, Testing/Validation, BMC/BIOS/FW Development etc. and ensure the successful Design readiness within the agreed Timelines
• • 8 to 10 years of work experience in designing of hardware platform

*Qualifications:*

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and electronics engineering or electronics and communication engineering or equivalent in a related field with 5+ years of experience
• Experience in a technical role having hands on experience for designing in system board technologies for client , edge and data center
• Result-driven with a can-do attitude to deal with opportunities and arising challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and craft solutions.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with the sales and technical teams.
