About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Digital Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of proven experience in digital and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's online growth through strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership.

She must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently represent the brand and deliver impactful strategies that achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Digital Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels — including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Display, and Programmatic platforms.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead, motivate, and guide a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure flawless campaign execution and performance excellence.

Performance Marketing & ROI Optimization

Manage and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI across multiple digital platforms.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Use analytics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

SEO, Social Media & Content Strategy

Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Market Research & Innovation

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and new tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Reporting & Presentations

Prepare professional performance reports and present campaign results and strategies to management with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

4–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, GA4), and CRM/Automation platforms.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills — both verbal and written.

Ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
