LifeAsia Tester

Overview:

Life Asia Test Engineer with 5 to 9 years experience

Responsibilities:

• Create Test Scenarios and Test Cases based on BRD/FSD documentation.
• Develop and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Conduct walkthroughs of test packs with stakeholders.
• Select appropriate regression and automation test cases.
• Create/update test data for automation, including dynamic data generation using formulas, DB queries, and calculators.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Log and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.
• Provide test result walkthroughs for stakeholder sign-off.
• Perform impact analysis for changes and enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of LifeAsia / AS400 applications.
• Experience with life insurance products: Term, ULIP, Endowment, Whole Life, Pension.
• Understanding of the policy life cycle and insurance workflows.
• Familiarity with new business, policy servicing, and claims processes.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• ISTQB certification preferred.
