Job Description Life Asia Test Engineer with 5 to 9 years experience Responsibilities - Create Test Scenarios and Test Cases based on BRD/FSD documentation. - Develop and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). - Conduct walkthroughs of test packs with stakeholders. - Select appropriate regression and automation test cases. - Create/update test data for automation, including dynamic data generation using formulas, DB queries, and calculators. - Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Log and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence. - Provide test result walkthroughs for stakeholder sign-off. - Perform impact analysis for changes and enhancements. - Strong knowledge of LifeAsia / AS400 applications. - Experience with life insurance products: Term, ULIP, Endowment, Whole Life, Pension. - Understanding of the policy life cycle and insurance workflows. - Familiarity with new business, policy servicing, and claims processes. - SQL knowledge is a plus. - ISTQB certification preferred.
